Hi, my name is Mike McCormick, and my aim is to facilitate real estate closings and general notarizations (Wills, POAs, Healthcare Directives, etc.) at a time and place convenient to the signers. I am a certified, insured and notarized Loan Signing Agent, and I am commissioned in Virginia as well as Delaware.
I offer expert notary services in Northern Virginia and the Delaware Beaches ensuring convenience, confidentiality and compliance at every step of the process.
I recently retired from Corporate America after over 35 years of steadily increased responsibilities and elevated clearances. I graduated with an MBA from GMU and held the Project Manager Professional (PMP) credential for over 10 years. As you probably guessed from my logo, I love pickleball along with golf and tennis.

After we print the (often) thick stack of documents, we offer in-home visits for buyers and sellers and re-financers to get their documents fully completed, notarized, and returned to the Title Company - via both electronically and overnight shipping. Pricing generally ranges from $100-$200 per signing.

We offer estate planning notary services that include notarizing wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents. Our goal is to help you protect your assets and ensure that your wishes are carried out after you pass away. With the utmost sensitivity and confidentiality, these visits generally cost $10 per notary stamp plus a travel fee.
Remote Online Notarization
We offer secure and convenient remote online notarization services that allow you to get your documents notarized from the comfort of your own home or office. Our platform is easy to use and compliant with all state and federal regulations. These sessions are priced on a per notary stamp basis.
Providing Witnesses
Many documents including POAs, Wills and Healthcare Directions call for Witnesses in addition to stamps from a Notary Public. We can bring experienced witnesses to appointments when requested
