The typical sequence entails obtaining and printing the necessary loan and closing documents, coordinating the signing logistics that are most convenient for the Buyer and Seller, ensuring that all documents are completed accurately and in compliance with applicable laws, notarizing documents as required, and finally returning signed documents to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
I recently retired from Corporate America after over 35 years of steadily increased responsibilities and elevated clearances. I graduated with an MBA from GMU and held the Project Manager Professional (PMP) credential for over 10 years. As you probably guessed from my logo, I love pickleball along with golf and tennis.
